| Born in Vermont, I attended Franklin Pierce College and the University of Vermont. I've been writing since I was five, and published my first story at age ten. I was the editor of mysteries for five years at The Writer's Hood. Its charter was to work with new writers, and help develop their craft and move them up the ladder. It's all about forward movement; this is the crux of Round House's approach too. Since then I've started The Mysterious Writ, a writing group for mystery writers. In the five years of its existence my system has helped create several completed manuscripts, published stories, articles, and novels. Member: MWA.
